Billing-InsuranceWe participate in most insurance plans. If we participate in your plan, we will be happy to file your claim for you with the insurance company and request direct payment to our office. You, the patient, however, will be responsible for any deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays and uncovered services at the time of your visit..
Billing for lab work that this is handled outside of our office, will be billed directly by the processing laboratory.
If we do not participate in your plan, you will receive all the information necessary to file your insurance claims, directly with your insurance provider. Payment of all services is expected at the time of visit to our office. Please be sure to bring with you, all insurance cards and pertinent information that will assist us in providing you with the best healthcare services available.
