Anita DeAngelo received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from Fairfield University. She completed her graduate degree from Fairfield University as well. She was awarded the Nancy Fasano Graduate Award for Scholarly Excellence and the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Nursing by Fairfield University.
She completed her internships at the West Haven VA Medical Center, Mericare Primary Care Clinic and the Women's Health and Wellness Center.
She has been a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner in the New Haven area since 1995. She joined the Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center in 1998, and is currently on the medical staff at Yale New Haven Hospital.
